Come by Nuevo Leon and try one of our specialties. Our free homemade salsa is the best in East Austin. Our Super Chile Con Queso has taco meat and guacamole added to this original favorite. Shrimp Saltillo is grilled fresh shrimp resting in Fred's special sauce and served with two cheese and bean flautas with sour cream, a cheese enchilada topped with ranchero sauce and guacamole salad on the side. If you're really hungry, make a dent in the Nuevo Leon Burrito, a giant flour tortilla stuffed with beef and beans and smothered in our chili con carne with a scoop of guacamole. If you missed breakfast or just have a craving for Mom's breakfast, we serve breakfast all day.

We use only top quality ingredients, like Wisconsin cheese and the freshest produce available.
